Shipping Policy

We deliver to most pin codes in India. To confirm delivery to your pin code, email us at support@nidraa.in.

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders within India.

A flat fee of ₹99 applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Our team carefully packs every Nidraa order by hand, and COD orders cost us extra in handling and packaging. We also take on the risk of the parcel coming back if it isn’t accepted at delivery. The ₹99 fee helps cover these costs so our team’s work isn’t wasted.

To skip the COD fee, pay online with UPI, card, net banking or a wallet at checkout. If you have any questions, email us at support@nidraa.in.

Delivery timelines for each product are listed in the Shipping tab on its product page*.

Standard Delivery takes 5–7 working days.
Express Shipping takes 3–4 working days.
Next Day Delivery takes 1–2 working days.
Same Day Delivery takes less than one working day and is only available for selected pin codes.

*Some products may take longer to deliver.

We can’t ship one order to more than one address right now. Please place a separate order for each address.
